"I called my State Farm Agent on Monday, August 4, 2025, and left a voice mail message, that I plan to pay my monthly payment online this week. There has been some recent changes at State Farm, and I was concern about the late fee and possibly cancellation. James Brown has been my State Farm Insurance Agent since 1988, and didn't want any interruption. I spoke with Jessica Morley, the Office Representative, who explained I was in a grace period, and I can pay online this week, which will include a late fee on next month's bill, but my policy will not be in jeopardy of cancellation. Jessica provided peace of mind. I made the monthly payment this morning. Thank you!"

"They never answer the phone and never return your phone calls. The lady Jessica is a liar she claim that she was sending me a copy of my declaration page but I never received it. When I called the customer service number they stated they James brown or even JESSICA one of them had cancelled my policy and refunded my money which I wasn’t informed of and I NEVER received the refunded check. I don’t know how you can run business but is never there or answers the phone I will never recommend this location to get my insurance from by far this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with Statefarm. Even other customer service representatives from the 1800 number couldn’t reach them this is sad."

"State Farm, James Brown and my new primary contact, Jessica, have done it again….provided excellent service !!! As a loyal customer of over 20 years I’ve had many occasions to interact with this agency directly. They have always been honest , quick to respond and knowledgeable. While I will miss Tony, I must share that Jessica is more than up for the challenge.
